Does it work with FBA and FBM?
Yes, both. FBA orders are the ones Amazon's own Seller app never tells you about; we cover those and your merchant-fulfilled orders alike. The Home screen shows how many of today's orders were FBA and how many FBM.
Which marketplaces does it cover?
All of them: North America, Europe including the UK, and Asia Pacific with Japan, Australia and Singapore. You can connect more than one region, and one subscription covers all of them and all of your seller accounts.
How fast is the alert?
Agent ChaChing checks your Amazon orders every minute and sends one cha-ching for every new order. Amazon decides when an order becomes visible to us, sometimes later than the moment it was placed, so we cannot promise a time for every order. If an alert arrives late, it says so.
Is my Amazon account safe?
You never give us your password. You log in on Amazon's own page, where Amazon lists exactly what the app may access. Ours reads your orders, and sends Amazon's own review request only if you turn that on. We cannot change your listings, prices or stock, and we cannot see buyer details. Your authorization is stored encrypted. Revoke it any time in the app, or in Seller Central under Apps and Services, Manage Your Apps.
Does the sound play when my phone is on silent?
No, and no app can honestly promise otherwise. The silent switch, Do Not Disturb and Focus always win on iPhone; that is iOS itself, not us. The alert still arrives and the counter still updates, you just will not hear it. If you want the cha-ching to break through, allow Agent ChaChing in your Focus settings.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in your App Store subscription settings on iPhone. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; after that the alerts stop until you subscribe again. Deleting your account is done in the app under Settings and removes everything within 30 days.
Is this made by Amazon?
No. Agent ChaChing is an independent app made by a Dutch Amazon seller. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. We connect through Amazon's Selling Partner API as a registered developer.
